All our vegetable ferments are wild fermented, meaning we let nature take the lead. It takes longer than using starter cultures, but the result is a superior flavour, satisfying crunch, and richer diversity of probiotic bacteria.
For our granola, we do use a culture — coconut water kefir — to ferment the dates. It gently reduces the sugar content while boosting probiotic goodness and creating beautiful flavour.
We source produce directly from local WA farmers whenever possible, and we use organic spices, organic nuts and seeds along with pure WA lake salt in every product.
Whenever possible we reuse packaging to pack your orders and all of our vegetable scraps and cardboard waste gets composted on site for reuse in our own veggie patch!
