This is the juice from our fermented sauerkraut – it has all the goodness (probiotics, enzymes, vitamins and minerals) of our kraut but without the fibre. Great for a gut healing protocol, but also a very convenient as a daily health tonic, a post exercise recovery drink or even as a hangover remedy!
Serving Suggestion: Take a shot, morning and night as a daily health tonic or add to smoothies, juices or salad dressings. You can also use it to ferment dips, nut cheeses and more.
